Platform Licensing Seminar Gets Record Attendance
The PDLN EPC seminar on DSM licensing in Brussels 4th February drew the largest delegate numbers we have ever experienced, with 46 attendees from 19 countries gathering to share news on how the directive is being implemented across Europe, and how the licensing challenges are being addressed. Updates were provided on implementation status by country and on the French and EU competition law cases, and ideas for further co-operation and information exchange.
