Full membership is open to organisations owned or controlled by two or more publishing groups.

Other organisations that support our goals can be admitted as Observers without voting rights. Membership is subject to ratification by our General Assembly.

• Revenue: €0 – €1 Million  - €345 per year

• Revenue: €1 - €10 Million - €1,335 per year

• Revenue: €10 Million or more - €3,330 peryear

• Observers: €770 per year

  Fees for 2027

  Fees are based on gross press licensing Income. We define ‘press’ as ‘newspapers, magazines, their associated websites, any online only websites, TV and radio broadcast content and any other news material’. Where a member engages in services to publishers as well as or other than licensing, fees shall be determined by using the sum of gross press licensing revenue plus royalties on services paid to press as the banding determination factor.
